Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. canned pineapple juice
    1 c. grated raw carrots
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water; add juice, vinegar and salt; chill.
    When starting to gell, add grated raw carrots and crushed pineapple.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve on lettuce leaves with favorite dressing.
