Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 9 slices crumbled bread
1 lb. browned sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except cheese.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased.
(Can mix right in 9 x 13-inch pan.) Top with grated cheese.
Can refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
