Green Beans And Parsley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. dried or fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean and wash beans. Boil beans until tender, but still firm. Drain and cool beans. Toss beans with oil, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Serve cold.
    May be refrigerated for 2 days.
