Chicken-Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, thinly sliced
    egg and milk mixture
    Italian bread crumbs
    olive oil
    lemon pepper
    garlic powder
    Season-All
    ground red pepper
Preparation
    First prepare steak by trimming it well and tenderizing.
    Then pat it with paper towels.
    Dip in egg and milk mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
    Fry in olive oil at 375\u00b0.
    Season to taste on both sides, but remember that a little red pepper goes a long way. Enjoy!
