Quick Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 large pkg. potato nuggets
Preparation
    Salt and pepper ground beef to taste.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Press down in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover with mushroom soup.
    Spread grated cheese over top.
    Place potato nuggets over cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    (This may be divided into 2 smaller pans.)
    Freezes well.
