Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice from canned pineapple
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    sliced pineapple
    cherries
    pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar until light.
    Add flour, baking powder and juice.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter and 1 cup brown sugar in skillet.
    Arrange sliced pineapple, cherries and pecans in bottom.
    Add batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
