Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. canned cream-style corn
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 medium onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
3 Tbsp. parsley
3 c. milk
Preparation

Melt the butter; simmer onion in it until soft.
Stir in the flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in corn and milk.
Sprinkle with parsley.
