Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    2 cans corn with juice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    grated cheese (Cheddar or Monterey)
    tortilla chips
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with grated cheese on top and a dollop of sour cream.
    Crumble tortilla chips into soup or serve on the side.
