Orange Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
 
3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
orange marmalade
Preparation
- 
                            Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
 
Add other ingredients.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Spoon melted orange marmalade over tops of muffins while still warm.
