Crab Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    2/3 c. canned mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    fresh parsley for sprinkling
    paprika
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 lb. backfin crab meat (cartilage removed)
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in medium saucepan and add green pepper and mushrooms; saute for five minutes.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, pepper, salt and mustard.
    Blend into melted margarine.
    Add milk and wine, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (five or ten minutes).
