Kentucky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens, cut up
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Be sure each piece is well coated.
    Arrange in a shallow roasting pan.
    Pour remaining butter over all of chicken and bake 1 hour or until fork-tender at 350\u00b0.
    Do not turn chicken, but baste frequently with pan drippings.
