Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
2 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
1 (15 or 16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (1.7 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
chopped tomatoes, sliced
sliced green onions
sliced ripe olives
Preparation

In large skillet brown beef; pour off fat.
Add chilies and bouillon.
Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
Cool.
Stir in refried beans.
In small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning; set aside.
In large dish spread beef mixture.
Top with sour cream.
Cover and chill several hours.
Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
