Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 baked pie shells, cooled
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together, then add water.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Slice strawberries into pie shells.
Pour cooled mixture over berries. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Top with whipped topping. Yields 2 pies.
