Stuffed Avocado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 avocados
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. shelled, cooked shrimp
    salt and pepper
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    a few drops Tabasco pepper sauce
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Be sure avocado is ripe (to test for ripeness, press at the rounded end, it should yield slightly).
    Cut in half, remove seed and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
    Mix shrimp, salt and pepper to fill avocado halves.
    Arrange egg slices on top.
    Top with a spoon of mayonnaise or sour cream.
