Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on top and bake until melted.
