Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplant
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Parboil eggplant for 5 minutes in salted water.
