Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake compressed yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    7 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Crumble yeast into large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, salt and water.
    Add well beaten egg.
    Sift flour once before measuring. Add 1/2 flour and beat well.
    Add melted shortening and mix in rest of flour.
    Let rise to double its bulk.
    Punch down, cover tightly and place in fridge.
    About 1 hour before baking, remove amount of dough desired.
    Shape into small rolls and place on greased pan.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
