Hot Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. mayo
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except noodles; stir well. Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with noodles. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
