Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. rice, cooked in 1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms
    2 oz. jar pimentos
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (add 1/4 c. milk)
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook shrimp, celery, onion and pepper in 1/3 cup butter until shrimp turns pink.
    Blend the remaining ingredients (except almonds and cheese).
    Mix with shrimp mixture.
    Sprinkle with almonds and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
