Low Sodium Oatmeal Wheel Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the cinnamon and melted oil.
    Add the beaten egg. Gradually add sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Drop onto a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until delicately browned. Remove from the baking sheet while warm.
    Makes 20 cookies.
    One cookie equals 4 mg. sodium.
