Date Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped dates
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 whole eggs
    3 c. Rice Krispies
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 lb. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar, salt and dates.
    Cook on low heat until melted
    and
    brown in color.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add Rice Krispies and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Wet hands in
    water, roll into balls.
    Roll in coconut and place on wax paper.
