Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Combine meat, onion, salt and baking powder.
Stir in egg yolks.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop like pancakes onto hot griddle. Turn once.
Serve alone or with tomato sauce.
