Fish Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    few drops of juice from scraped onion
    dash of salt
    1 to 2 tsp. grated horseradish
    1 c. cold, flaked salmon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    lemon juice
    salt
    cayenne to taste
    leftover creamed peas
    dry crumbs
    beaten egg
    6 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 hare, skinned and cleaned
    1 bunch sweet herbs
    2 onions
    6 whole cloves
    6 whole allspice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    strip of lemon peel
    butter
    flour
    2 Tbsp. mushroom ketchup *
    1/4 pt. Port wine
    1 possum, skinned and cleaned
    red pepper
    salt
    potatoes, peeled
    1 pheasant, plucked and cleaned
    some veal gravy
    chestnuts, boiled and blanched
    1 to 2 artichoke bottoms, dressed
    pepper
    salt
    glass of white wine
    little butter, floured
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 doz. small birds (quail, snipe, woodcock or rabbits)
    2 qt. water
    salt and pepper
    1 bunch parsley, minced
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 whole cloves
    1/2 lb. salt pork, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour, browned
    butter as large as an egg
    1 pt. potatoes, diced
    rich crust, made up
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Beat milk and eggs together and pour over crumbs.
    When soft, mix with meat and work together well.
    Add spices, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
