Breakfast Tofu "Omelet"(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. vacuum packed tofu
    3/4 c. distilled water
    1/8 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. chicken style seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Vegit seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. yeast flakes
    1/4 c. unbleached flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Place first 8 ingredients in blender bowl and blend for 3 minutes.
    Pour into bowl.
    Mix in flour, pepper and onion.
    Spray baking sheet with Pam and drop mixture by 1/4 cup measure onto baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 to 15 minutes, turn once halfway through baking time.
