Apple Raisin Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. salad dressing
1 box spice cake mix
2 large eggs
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. butter or oleo
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Preparation

Blend in salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with mixer until moistened.
Blend in butter and rum extract; beat for 3 minutes.
Add apples and raisins.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
