Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size potatoes
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of ground white pepper
1/2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Coat the potato slices with flour, salt and pepper.
Place in a lightly oiled 2-quart baking dish.
Pour the milk over the top; cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Yield: 2 servings.
