Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 (2 oz.) jar Maxim freeze-dried coffee
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vodka
1 vanilla bean

Preparation

Mix sugar, coffee and water in large pot. Cool it.
Add vodka and vanilla bean. Put in dark jug or bottle. Let sit for 30 days in dark place. Makes 1 gallon.
