Teriyaki Finger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless sirloin steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak and slice lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips; place in a large glass bowl.
    Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over meat and toss gently.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
    Drain and discard marinade.
    Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers.
    Grill over medium-hot coals, turning often, for 7-10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
    Remove from skewers and serve.\tThese are great with a salad & baked potato, but my kids make a meal out of them by themselves because they are so good and tender.
