Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 large can salmon
    3 to 4 Tbsp. hot milk
    salt and pepper
    top and bottom crusts
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook potatoes and onion together until tender; add butter and mixing until smooth.
    Combine picked over and flaked salmon with potato mixture.
    Add milk and seasonings. Line pie plate with crust and spoon in filling.
    Add top crust and crimp edges.
    Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer.
