Ziti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    1 small container Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. oil
    spaghetti sauce (use your own or two 30 oz. jars)
    salt, pepper, parsley or basil (season to your taste)
Preparation
    Heat sauce so it is warm.
    Prepare pasta according to directions on box.
    In frying pan, add garlic (diced) and onion in a tablespoon of oil. Saute until transparent.
    Add hamburg and cook until browned. Drain pasta and place in baking dish.
    Mix in Ricotta and half of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Mix and add half of the sauce.
    Mix hamburg into remaining sauce and pour over ziti. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
