Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    3 c. sliced yellow summer squash (6 small)
    1 egg
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, melt butter.
    Saute squash until tender.
    In a mixing bowl, beat egg slightly.
    Stir in Swiss cheese, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Place squash in 1-quart baking dish.
    Pour egg mixture over and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
