Black-Eyed Pea Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, brown beef, onions, peppers, then drain.
    Drain can peas and add to beef mixture.
    Add can tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook 30 minutes.
