Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    celery salt
    Lawry's salt
    garlic salt
    meat tenderizer
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Season both sides with tenderizer and salts.
    Add smoke and Worcestershire.
    Cover and marinate (turn once) 24 hours. Be sure to
    use a glass or stainless steel pan.
    Cook covered for 8
    hours at 225\u00b0.
    Let cool; slice, then reheat.
    Use your favorite barbecue sauce to serve.
