Steamed Fish Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    salt and pepper
    4 slices lemon
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Use 9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Arrange lemon slices atop fish.
    Sprinkle with mushrooms. Drizzle sake over all.
    Over high heat, bring water for steaming to boiling.
    Place pie plate on steamer rack over boiling water.
    Cover steamer and steam 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
