Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 (13 1/4 oz.) bottle reduced-calorie catsup
8 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
