Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage (1/2 hot and 1/2 mild)
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cheese (sharp)
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices bread, cubed 1/4-inch
Preparation
    Brown sausage; crumble.
    Set aside to drain on paper towel. Shred cheese.
    Combine all ingredients, except sausage.
    Mix sausage in last.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
