6 Week Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add mixture of eggs, milk and oil.
Mix well.
Store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks while in use.
To bake, fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
These may be cooked and then frozen.
