Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 to 3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. broccoli, cauliflower or squash, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation

Blend milk, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.
Stir in rest of ingredients and pour into 9 or 10-inch casserole dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
Makes 4 servings.
