Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies, diced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz.) bag frozen corn
Preparation
    Spray the bottom of a 4-quart saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Put onions, peppers and garlic in the pan; saute for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add corn and kidney beans.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over a baked potato or brown rice.
    Yields 10 cups.
    Serves 10.
