Sour Cream Fudge Cake(Heritage Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients twice and place in mixing bowl.
    Blend melted butter into beaten eggs.
    Add sour cream and vanilla, beat until smooth.
    Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Using only 60 strokes, blend together thoroughly.
    Do not over beat.
