Best Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans small whole or sliced beets (15 ounces)
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    24 packets Equal sweetener (or 1 cup Equal spoonful)
Preparation
    Combine beets, beet juice, vinegar and Equal
    in medium bowl. Cover tightly
    Chill at least 8 hours before serving.
    Drain and serve.
