Mexican Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. processed American or Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 (8 1/2 oz.) bottles chunky taco sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 long loaf sourdough French bread, cubed, or corn chips
Preparation

In top of double boiler, fondue pot or in microwave oven, melt cheese.
Add chunky taco sauce, chiles and taco seasoning mix; blend well.
Let flavors blend at least 1/2 hour before serving. Makes about 1 quart fondue.
Serve hot with bread cubes or corn chips.
