Jalapeno Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    6 canned whole jalapeno peppers
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts until thin, but not torn.
    Cover each breast with Mozzarella cheese and 1 whole jalapeno pepper.
    Roll the combination and hold with toothpick.
    Repeat with remaining breasts.
    Place in ungreased baking dish and cover with can of cream of chicken soup (undiluted).
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
