Three-Minute Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Combine melted oleo, sugar, coconut, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Let set at least 1 hour after baking before serving.
