Deviled Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

3 lb. chicken wings
3 to 4 slices firm white sandwich bread, decrusted
2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
3/4 c. or 3 oz. freshly grated Parmesan
salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare and clean wings. In food processor, finely grind bread. Measure out 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs. Grind mustard seeds to fine.
