Rice And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. dried vegetable soup mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add rice and mushrooms.
    Saute until lightly browned.
    Stir in soup mix and water.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
