Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can (2.8 oz) French fried onions
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 3-quart casserole, beat eggs and mix in the mayonnaise. Cook broccoli as directed on the package.
    Drain well and mix into the egg mixture.
    Add cheese, 1/2 can of onions and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set for about 30 minutes.
    Top with the remaining onions during the last 10 minutes of baking.
