Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium chicken breasts in small cubes
    1 bag assorted vegetables (Japanese or oriental)
    1 box snow peas
    1 box baby carrots
    approximately 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In deep frying pan add small amount of olive oil.
    Add chicken pieces to hot oil.
    Brown slightly.
    Add soy sauce and vegetables. Reduce heat, cover and stir often.
    Takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes to simmer.
    Serve with white or yellow rice.
    Also works well with beef or pork.
