Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    10 crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots; drain.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Melt butter with cheese.
    Pour over carrots.
    Crumble crackers over top. Sprinkle with melted butter.
    Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
