pumpkin seeds
margarine
salt
Preparation

Wash seeds thoroughly and drain.
Spread on cookie sheet. Roast in a 375\u00b0 oven 20 to 30 minutes to dry.
Increase heat to 400\u00b0.
Dot seeds with margarine and brown evenly.
Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Cool and serve.
